The InTourPreneur Conference is a 3 day business conference that is focused on promoting ICT, Tourism, and Enterpreneurship as Cebu's Competetive thrust in developing the economy.

The first day is the main plenary where top government officials, and businessmen discuss the big picture of the growth of ICT, Tourism & Enterpreneurship/Franchising and the opportunities of Southern Philippines/Greater Cebu plays.

The second day, the delegate has a choice of five tracks to choose from: 2 on ICT (ICT Conference and the ComputerWorld Exec Brefiing on E-LGU), 2 on Tourism (Tourism Congress and Health and Wellness) and one on Enterpreneurship (Franchising).

The thrid day, the delegate may have a choice of three tracks: 1 on Enterpreneurship (Enterpreneur Conference), 1 on ICT (Microsoft TechNet), and 1 is a mix of ICT/Enterpreneurship (ComputerWorld Executive Briefing on E-SME).
